No. Invofolio focuses on invoicing, quotations, clients, payment records, receivables, and cashflow visibility. It is not tax filing or full bookkeeping software.
Yes. You can create quotations for estimates and proposals, then convert accepted quotes into invoices while keeping the same client, project, and line items.
Yes. Early Pro users can create recurring invoice schedules that generate draft invoices weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Invofolio creates drafts only and does not auto-send or auto-charge clients.
Your workspace data is scoped to your signed-in account and is not shared with other users. Public invoice links are only generated for the specific invoices you choose to share, and private app pages are excluded from the public sitemap. No internet service is completely secure; please see our Privacy Policy and Terms for details on data handling, retention, sub-processors, and limitations.
