Invofolio
Recurring invoices

Repeat invoices, prepared as drafts.

For retainers, subscriptions, maintenance plans, and repeat client work, Invofolio can generate draft invoices on schedule while keeping you in control before anything goes to the client.

Step 1

Start from an invoice

Use an existing invoice as the template, or create a recurring schedule from scratch with the same client, project, line items, notes, and PDF template controls.

Step 2

Pick the rhythm

Run weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Set due-date rules and optional end conditions for fixed-term retainers.

Step 3

Review draft invoices

Invofolio creates normal draft invoices on schedule. You can check, edit, send, download, and record payment the same way as any other invoice.

Built for repeat client work.

Recurring invoices use the same invoice editor, PDF templates, numbering, public-link workflow, payment records, and receivables tracking as one-off invoices.

Will recurring invoices charge clients automatically?

No. Invofolio creates draft invoices only. You stay in control of review, sending, payment instructions, and follow-up.

Can I make an existing invoice recurring?

Yes. Open an invoice and choose Make recurring, or create a new recurring invoice schedule from the recurring invoices page.

What happens when a schedule ends?

Schedules can run indefinitely, end on a date, or stop after a set number of generated invoices. Exhausted schedules are marked completed.
